1. Are you outsourcing the coaching?
No. Every session is personally led by me, Mathieu Bourget. I don’t outsource or delegate — you’re getting direct guidance from someone who’s actually built and scaled hospitality venues from the ground up.

2. Who is this coaching for?
Hospitality entrepreneurs, operators, or anyone with a venue idea — whether you're opening your first location or scaling to multiple sites.

3. Do I need to have a venue already?
No. I work with both aspiring founders and experienced operators. If you have an idea and serious intent, we can work.

4. What’s your coaching style?
Straightforward, no-fluff, hands-on. Everything I share is based on real-world experience — not theory.

5. How are the sessions delivered?
Primarily over Zoom. If you're based in Perth or Europe, in-person sessions may be available upon request.

6. How long are coaching sessions?
Session length depends on the package. Most one-on-one calls run for 60 minutes, but premium packages may include extended sessions, deep dives, or intensives.

7. Do you help with pitch decks and investment?
Yes. I offer coaching on how to structure investor decks, financial storytelling, and brand positioning — especially helpful if you’re raising capital or franchising.

8. Can you help fix my existing venue?
Absolutely. I’ve helped clients optimise menus, reduce costs, restructure teams, and streamline operations — often within weeks of our first session.

9. Do you offer group coaching or workshops?
Currently I focus on 1-on-1 coaching. Group sessions or online programs are in the works — stay tuned.

10. Is the discovery call really free?
Yes — and it’s quick. The discovery call is a no-commitment, 10-minute chat to see if we’re the right fit. No hard sell, just clarity.

11. What’s your refund policy?
I don’t offer refunds on completed sessions. If something urgent comes up, rescheduling is possible with 24 hours’ notice.
