These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.mathieubourget.com and any services provided by Mathieu Bourget Coaching.

By using this site or booking a coaching session, you agree to these terms.

1. Coaching Services

Coaching is provided personally by Mathieu Bourget. Services may include:

• One-on-one coaching sessions

• Operational audits

• Business growth strategy

• Pitch deck consultation

Session length and content vary by package and are described on the Services page or in your invoice.

2. Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance via our scheduling tool

• Payment is required upfront to confirm a booking

• Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise specified

3. Discovery Call

One free 10-minute discovery call is available per person. It is not a full coaching session and is designed to determine fit only.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund

• No-shows are considered forfeited sessions

5. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed sessions or missed appointments.

6. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you are responsible for:

• Showing up on time

• Being prepared with questions or materials

• Implementing agreed-upon strategies and tasks

Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on your commitment, execution, and market conditions.

7. No Guarantees

While we aim to provide exceptional value and insight, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes or business results. Coaching is not a substitute for legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content shared during coaching sessions (including frameworks, templates, and strategy materials) remains the intellectual property of Mathieu Bourget Coaching and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce or copy website content

• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or misuse the site

• Use this site for unlawful purposes

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate legal body in that jurisdiction.
